so.... I think leadership in design struggles with the whole 'one to one', 'one to many'
and 'many to many' paradox of the world we are in today.
I find this hard to explain. I mean traditional notions of leadership are
about one person leading many.
But, in a horizontally networked world
(Wisdom of Crowds, Wikinomics, collapse of hierarchy, collapse of deference to traditional top-of-hierarchy 'leaders' etc.), 'many to many' and 'one to one' are merging.
